Laundry and dishes, as well as several other services, are add-on services which are not included in any of our cleaning packages, but may be added on at an additional charge
We do not. Our insurance only covers our cleaners inside your home. For windows, we only clean interior windows that can be reached while standing on the ground.
We provide all cleaning products. If your home requires specialty cleaners, such as leather, stone, or rust, those will be acquired and used in your home.
If there is an allergy to one of our products, we are happy to substitute it. Please let us know of any allergies or sensitivities prior to your first service, so these adjustments can be made. Otherwise, for the sake of guaranteeing a consistent quality of service, we have a standard set of cleaning products that we have tested and use specifically for their superior cleaning capabilities.
Yes. While we do prefer to use our own equipment, we also understand some clients have a strong preference for their own floor cleaning systems to be used for a variety of reasons, so we will use the requested, client provided floor cleaning equipment.
Yes! We are extremely pet friendly. Please introduce us to your friendly pets, so that we can be their new best friends.
As for containing your pet: in most situations, no. We are pet friendly with friendly pets. Your home is their home, and they should be able to be comfortable. However, if your pet’s behavior or comfort level with people who aren’t members of your home creates a situation that compromises the safety of our team or your pet, we will ask (or notify you if applicable) that your pet be contained for as short a period as possible.
We currently accept cash, check*, money order, CashApp, Venmo, and PayPal. *Any returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee. If a check is returned due to insufficient funds, the client will be required to provide payment via one of our other accepted methods.
Not if you don’t want to, or need to be for other reasons. We prefer our clients not be home while we work when at all possible, as we’re better able to maintain a more consistent workflow without having to be concerned whether our presence is disruptive to you while you’re there. However if it’s your first time signing up for a cleaning with us, initial introductions always help develop the personable relationship with your home specialist.
Possibly. If you won’t be home when we arrive, we will need to gain access to your home somehow. Ideally, you would provide a key or entry code, so we can access and secure your home. Some clients are comfortable enough where they live that they don’t mind leaving the door unlocked for service, with the understanding that we will lock the door behind us if possible.
Pricing is dependent upon each client’s specific needs. A custom quote is calculated for each client at their walkthrough, based upon package selection, service frequency, and add on services.
Our prices are not negotiable. Our rates are calculated based on our clients’ individual needs, and are quite reasonable for the service being provided.
Yes we are, and we are happy to provide documentation to any of our clients upon request.
We do not! This is a strict policy as we’re adamant to provide an awesome experience for the customer, but equally providing the safest working conditions for our cleaners.
Our hours:
Monday – Friday: 9am – 7pm
Saturday & Sunday: 10am – 3pm
To maintain dependability we have closed weekend hours and will only serve customers during the weekdays.
Yes it is. However there is no suggested percentage, whatever feels good to you. Any amount is appreciated by your Home Specialist.
Premium is recommended for all first time services. It allows us extra time to get all the areas that have been missed during regular cleanings in the past. After the initial deep clean, most customers switch to a basic weekly or biweekly service.
The packages build on one another. All packages include kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, exterior surfaces, polished faucet fixtures / back splashes, light switches / door handles, vacuuming / mopping, window sills, and basic tidying.
Intermediate adds on detailed dusting, furniture vacuuming / pet hair removal, and bed making.
Premium includes everything in Intermediate as well as interior windows, laundry folding, and wood / metal polishing.
This seldom occurs but accidents do happen. Please contact our office immediately to work with our insurance to get the object of value replaced.
If you are not happy with the service for any reason please call us immediately for further instructions. A Re-scheduled clean must be made within 2 business days of the original appointment.
Areas that are often left cluttered will have the added time for proper organization. Some areas that are often left unorganized are pantry’s, bedroom closets, bathroom counters, entryways, kitchen counters, etc.
